Based on the said theory, in order to maximize the capability of water to absorb heat from the atmosphere without any moisture problem, our system employs a way to create 5 micron size water droplet (which is 10 times smaller than hair daimeter) not dissimilar to that of natural fog, so that they can obsorb heat before instantly evaporating.
This principle is known as "Flash Evaporation" and can reduce temperatures around the body by 5-10 degree celsius without any "wet" feeling. Hence, a feeling of coolness is obtained from this very "natural" principle, like a breeze of fresh air from the riverside. This is a completely safe and environmental friendly system based on minimal use of water.
